In this 3 hour session, you will learn how to move through difficult conversations with greater confidence and begin building a feedback culture within your organisation.
This is a foundational workshop for anyone who struggles with difficult conversations or holding people accountable.
You'll leave this Leadership Lab with a practical feedback framework and skills you can apply to your next conversation.

Over the course of 4 months, participants attend 6 in-person workshops. These are interactive sessions where you develop yourself as a leader first, before building the skills and practical tools to lead others.
We are running two cohorts, beginning February 2027:
1. Leadership Development for Business Owners
2. Leadership Development for Managers and Team Leaders
RBPN funding available. Eligible businesses can apply for up to 50% co-funding.
