My approach to recruitment
Phase 1: Getting clear on the role
We'll meet (over coffee) to discuss what you recruitment needs. We'll align persona and job specs to your organisational goals.
Phase 2: Talent Attraction
A compelling advert is scripted and the online marketing campaign is launched. Executive searches will be completed to identify and connect with passive job seekers.
Phase 3: Review, Assess and Onboard
Applications are reviewed and screened before presenting the shortlist of suitable applicants. Interviews are completed (in collaboration with our clients), and as a final check, psychometrics and reference checks are completed. You'll be given tips on how to onboard your new hire to ensure they are set up for success.
