When setting your Wellbeing Goals, ask yourself the following…..
- What brings me joy and how can I incorporate more of these activities into my life?
- Who are the people that bring me joy and how strong is our relationship?
- What things move me away from joy that I can do less of?
- Do my daily habits support my wellbeing goals?
- Where am I focusing of my attention? On the past, future or present?
- Am I focusing my energy on the things I can control, or am I focusing my attention on things I have no control over?
- What am I noticing about my internal dialogue?
- Am I nourishing my body, sleeping well and moving my body?
